Nature Love
Never have I noticed,
this hidden love of mine.
Sunshine smirked through
clear window panes,
its smile not too bright.
Winds greeted me suddenly,
kissing shaded cheeks
like Moms do babies.
Nature’s visit had not
once been so punctual.
As I laid on a king bed,
forced to recognize her hello’s.
Which came in the form of
rattling blinds.
To the summer winds that
sway anonymously,
with universal secrecy.
Return again with your
free roaming policy.
Although your airs
go about rotten,
it’s ones like me
that you have’nt
forgotten.
My Wish To Mother Nature
If only I could escape,
into the summer breeze.
Traveling through night,
i’d direct my winds to you.
At least then i’d grant,
a feel of comfort.
That you’ve always
needed.
